Wonderful food! I went and ordered an acarajé and an abará on paper. They were really very tasty. I lived in Salvador and I say that the acarajé at Ponto do Acarajé is really delicious. One of the best I've ever eaten. Abará too, just praise. At the end of dessert I ordered a student cupcake which was also very tasty.
It starts with the friendliness that welcomes you when you arrive. With the acarajés they bring together authentic Bahianity. Very well served and tasty, both on paper and on a plate, as well as countless variations for eating in a group. Fair price in a pleasant and simple environment. Worth the visit. I went on the recommendation of a picky acarajé from Bahia who said it was one of the best she had tried in SP. In fact! Opens at 2pm. There is no parking nearby. On Sundays you can stop in front (bus lane).

It's no wonder that when I go I eat 2 and a half acarajés (my boyfriend orders 2 and can't eat it and I end up eating his) 🙈🙈🙈.
Excellent and well-made acarajé, the pepper is hot with flavor and doesn't taste bitter in the mouth. The bean cake is soft, doesn't have a strong taste and it means they soak it correctly. I loved Acarajé and took the opportunity to try the student's cupcake for the first time.
